1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rental PH ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Rental PH is an equipment rental platform that connects equipment owners with renters in the Philippines. We facilitate the listing, discovery, and transaction of construction, mining, and industrial equipment rentals.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Equipment Owners

• Equipment owners must complete verification before publishing equipment.
• All equipment listings must be accurate and include current availability.
• Owners are responsible for the condition and safety of their equipment.
• Owners must respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

5. Renters

• Renters must provide accurate project information when submitting inquiries.
• Renters are responsible for inspecting equipment before use.
• Renters must use equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Renters are liable for any damage caused by misuse of equipment.

6. Service Fee

The Platform charges a 5% service fee on all rental transactions. This fee is calculated based on the total rental amount and is payable by the renter. The service fee covers platform operation, customer support, and transaction processing.

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon acceptance of a quote.
• The Platform holds rental payments and releases them to equipment owners according to our payment schedule.
• Service fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
• Deposit amounts are determined by equipment owners and held separately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rental PH and protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform acts as an intermediary between equipment owners and renters. We are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of equipment listed
• Any disputes between owners and renters
• Equipment damage or loss during rental periods
• Business interruptions or losses incurred by users

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with Philippine law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
